Powers's most recent novel Three Days To Never has been nominated for the 2007 Mythopoeic Award in the Adult Literature catagory.
This award is given annually by the Mythopoeic Society, "a non-profit international literary and educational organization for the study, discussion, and enjoyment of fantastic and mythic literature, especially the works of J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, and Charles Williams" and has previously been won by Powers back in 1990 for The Stress of Her Regard. Additionally, Last Call and Declare both made it to the final shortlist.
This year's award will be presented at the Mythcon XXXVIII convention, taking place in Berkeley, California from 3rd to 6th August.
